The three things that change when you install in Cocoa Beach
Utility company
Florida Power & Light
Most of Brevard is served by FPL. We check your meter.
Permitting authority
City of Cocoa Beach or Brevard County
Which office issues the permit depends on your address. We confirm it before we quote.
Rebate program
FPL
There may be rebates available on a new system. We will tell you what applies at your address and help you file it.
Coastal exposure
Salt air
Salt air corrodes outdoor coils and cabinets faster near the water. We quote coastal-rated equipment where it is warranted.
Not sure which of these applies at your address? Call and we will check it while you are on the phone.
What you get
Every Cocoa Beach job, handled the same way
-
A person answers, any hour
Not a call center taking a message. Someone who can dispatch a technician tonight.
-
The repair price before work starts
You approve a number, not a range. Nothing gets added after the fact.
