The three things that change when you install in Bay Hill
Utility company
Duke Energy or OUC
Both operate in this part of the county. We check your meter.
Permitting authority
Orange County
Bay Hill is unincorporated, so the county permits and inspects. A deed-restricted community can add its own requirements, and we check yours before quoting placement.
Rebate program
Duke or OUC
There may be rebates available on a new system. We will tell you what applies at your address and help you file it.
Not sure which of these applies at your address? Call and we will check it while you are on the phone.
What you get
Every Bay Hill job, handled the same way
-

Not a call center taking a message. Someone who can dispatch a technician tonight.
-
The repair price before work starts
You approve a number, not a range. Nothing gets added after the fact.
-
Permit pulled and inspection met
Filed with Orange County. An unpermitted install is a problem when you sell the house.
